Sanmar Edenia Ayub Competition Project Option 2

This 16-floor mixed-use has a market till the 6th floor. The 7th floor is the refuge area with terrace amenities, and the rest of the floors are residential floors. This option has a more regular geometry. Most of the planes are perpendicular with some exceptions. Façade punches are quite bold and help invite natural light. The small triangular punches throughout the façade give off a beautiful effect. The concrete façade merges beautifully with the orange tile portion. Lushes of green compliment the whole project throughout.
