One of the defining features of modern design is the use of open floor plans. This design principle promotes a seamless flow of spaces, making apartments feel more expansive and conducive to social interactions. It’s perfect for today’s lifestyles, as it encourages connectivity between family members and guests.
This 4000 square feet residence situated in the hilly neighborhood of Chittagong gave ample room for designing according to the client’s demands. It is a modern-styled minimalistic design with a traditional touch to it. As the client wanted a modern outlook merged with a traditional one, colors like grey, veneer wood, and Tudor oak wax have been merged with shades of traditional red seamlessly. The flow of natural light and ventilation have been given top notch priority. From multi functional furniture to customized door handles with traditional touch have been introduced in this project. Shiny floors make the space look even bigger.
