This 16-floor mixed-use has a market till the 6th floor. The 7th floor is the refuge area with terrace amenities, and the rest of the floors are residential floors. This option has an irregular geometry with angular planes and a synchronized staggering pattern. Extensive brick Jali work has been done to invite natural lighting into the building. The white plastered façade looks eye catchy and merges well with the red brick portion. Lushes of green compliment the whole project throughout.
